New service for members who wish to avail of Up-Skilling coursesMembers who register on the WorkinMeath website can now avail of a wide range of FAS courses in a simple, direct way, without the need for their employers to be involved.
Members can select from the full range of courses in the FAS Step-Up programme, which is designed for people who wish to upgrade their skills profile. Subject to demand, courses that are selected will be offered at times and venues that suit WorkinMeath members.
Enterprise Ireland's High Potential Start-Up programme is also being made available to members through the website.

This is a joint initiative by the developers of the WorkinMEath website - Meath County Council and the Meath Enterprise Board - and FAS, the State Training and Development Agency.
The initiative was launched by the Minister for Communications, Noel Dempsey, TD together with the Cathaoirleach of Meath County Council, the Meath County Manager and senior representatives from FAS and Enterprise Ireland.
